This Sourcewell cooperative contract offers state and local agencies nationwide access to GUARDIAN RFID software and hardware, including its officer experience platform (OXP), Command Cloud, inmate tracking, business intelligence, digital evidence, biometric, inmate identification solutions, and systems integration features such as single sign-on (SSO) integration.

GUARDIAN RFID secured its Sourcewell contract following a rigorous request for proposal (RFP) process, ensuring compliance with local procurement requirements while delivering exceptional value and service.

What's Sourcewell?

Sourcewell, a self-funded governmental organization established in 1978, facilitates a cooperative purchasing program that leverages the collective purchasing power of more than 50,000 participating agencies. Through this partnership, any public agency can purchase from GUARDIAN RFID through a ready-to-use, Sourcewell-vetted contract—streamlining the public purchasing process.
